Meet Our Directors!

Neon | Communications Director
Neon has been in the idol community for many years, and has been a performer for even longer! However, they truly love helping behind the scenes, and have been running events and organizations for a long time. Neon's job as the Comms Director is to monitor the Idol HOME email and socials and support the other departments in any way they need. They hope that IH becomes a hub for information that everyone can rely on! You can find Neon on Instagram and Twitter.

Ronan | Archive Director
Ronan, another veteran on the idol scene, is head of the Archive. Through their work as an assistant archivist for a local history center, love of accessible data, and years of performance and staffing experience in the idol community - they hope IH can help unify the community and preserve memories from over a decade of oversea idol history. You can find Ronan on Instagram and Twitter.

Alex | Outreach Director
Alex has been a part of the idol and odottemita community since 2011, both as a performer and fan. Although being on stage as 'Alex Pinku' is their number one passion, a close second is creating accessible and helpful content about the idol community through their YouTube channel and across several online and offline spaces. It's their hope that through their work, they can show the aspect of idols they love the most - connection. Whether its on stage, online, or behind the scenes, Alex aims to bring idols to everyone who's willing to listen. You can find Alex on Instagram and YouTube.

Bailey | Director of News
Bailey has been an idol anime fan since 2009, and has been performing as an idol since 2015! She is a co-founder and leader of IndyIdols in Indiana, and a member of some other groups as well. Her all time favorite idol franchise is Idolm@ster. She adores the idol fandom and idol community in the US and is looking forward to helping it grow! You can find Bailey on Instagram.
